I won't work with ruzzians, russianphiles or people justifying genocide in Ukraine.
Payment via Paypal or Monobank.
Must be paid in US dollars or hryvnias.
You can choose between 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval payment.
Don't send me any payment before I agreed to work with you and requested payment.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Delivery methods I use: email, telegram, discord.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
When buying adoptable or custom from me you receive all rights, including changing the design, trading, selling, gifting, while still crediting me.
You have right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
You can ask for a refund if work wasn't completed in time according to deadline or was left without progress for a week.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use. Exceptions: character designs.
I can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
